These processes are geared for materials such as ferritic metals, stainless, Inconel, Monel, non-ferrous metals, steel, thin metals, and carbon steel, and can produce finishes to 62RA, parallelism of .0005″, and tolerances of ±001″.

Capabilities include rotary and surface grinding, with horizontal spindles, all with CNC, auto, semi-auto, and manual operation. Surface grinding can be applied to work pieces up to 62″ in diameter, 10″ thick and .020″ to 10″ depth, with a weight limit of up to 10 tons.

Our surface grinding service is geared for the precision grinding of small to large volume orders; with average lead times of 1 to 2 weeks. Additional services, including FEA, tolerance and hardness verification, quality assurance, design, engineering, warehousing, and logistics.
